late policy

Late Policy
Sometimes things happen outside of your control that impacts your timely arrival. We respectfully ask that you communicate any expected late arrival prior to your scheduled appointment time. Appointments 15 minutes late is subject to a $10 late fee. Appointments 25 or more minutes late will need to reschedule. As a courtesy, a text reminder of your appointment time and date will be sent the day before. Please understand it is your responsibility to keep track of your appointment.

Cancellation policy
Your appointments are held just for you. We understand that due to various reasons you may have to cancel or change an appointment. In order to respect the time of both clients and staff, we simply ask that you notify us of cancellation or rescheduling 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Appointment was scheduled within a 24 hour period, the client is expected to cancel 3 hours in advance of appointment time.

No Shows
If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show”.

Your experience is important. In the event that you are not satisfied, please convey that at the time of your service or within 24 hours after your service has been performed.

All services are non-refundable, but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge. The service must be a mistake of the service provider, not something you might have changed your mind about after the services were performed.
